CRYLCOAT® Primavera - Affordable and Reliable CRYLCOAT Primavera is Cytec’s reply to the continued market demand for reduced formulation cost in Powder Coatings without compromising on reliability of product supply and quality. The first member of the new CRYLCOAT Primavera polyester resin family, CRYLCOAT E04048, is a 60:40 hybrid resin designed for general metal indoor applications. Powder paints based on this resin will cure at 190°C for 10 minutes and give overall performances in line with standard hybrid formulations. Target applications CRYLCOAT E04048 is a polyester resin for paint formulas used in the most competitive segments of general metal coating applications for indoor end-uses where good flow and solvent resistances are required.
