Cytec Announces Price Increases
on Liquid Coating Resins in Europe, Middle East and Africa
Brussels, Belgium, 17 September 2009 – Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT) announced today to its customers that it is
increasing the prices of its entire range of MACRYNALŽ ,VIACRYLŽ
and DUROFTALŽ Liquid Coating Resins in Europe, Middle East and
Africa.
The price increase will be applicable for products shipped to
Europe, the Middle East and Africa on or after October 15th,
2009, or as contracts allow. It will be up to EUR 0.18/kg
depending on the grade.
This pricing adjustment is necessary to compensate increasing
raw material prices during Q3 2009.
