Cytec to Showcase a Broad Range
of Coating Resins and Additives at the Middle East Coatings Show
Woodland Park, NJ, February 10, 2009 - Cytec Industries Inc.
(NYSE:CYT) announced that it will present an extensive range of
innovative coating resins and additives for the automotive,
architectural, industrial, concrete and wood markets at the
upcoming Middle East Coatings Show taking place from 17 – 19
March, 2009.
At the Cairo International Conference and Exhibition Centre,
Egypt, Cytec will highlight products which are part of its
broad, eco-friendly product portfolio which includes Liquid
Coating Resins and Additives, and state-of-the-art Powder
Coating Resins.
During the show, in Hall 4 - Stand B3, visitors are invited to
talk with Cytec’s technical and sales staffs about their
specific requirements, obtain product literature, and request
samples.
At the show conference, taking place in the business
presentation area within the exhibition hall, Jean-Pierre
Chevillotte, Technical leader for Liquid Coating Resins and
Additives, will present the paper “Waterborne coating resins for
ambient cure anticorrosion systems.” This paper, which will be
given on March 18 at 11 a.m., reports on the performance of
acrylic emulsions, air drying waterborne alkyds and hybrids. The
presentation includes an overview about all anti-corrosion
technologies, as well as a comparison of waterborne and
solventborne 2K- epoxies.
