Epoxy Ester Resins
- Cytec’s DUROXYN® epoxy resin esters are traditionally used to formulate anticorrosion primers and zinc rich paints for application on metal, where they show excellent properties of adhesion, hardness and flexibility.
- DUROXYN® VEF 2406w/45WA is a waterborne cationic epoxy resin ester of new generation, which demonstrates outstanding tannin and stain blocking properties on wood and mineral substrates. This makes it the binder of choice for the formulation of eco–friendly 1K barrier primers that are fast drying and have high film hardness.
