SURFACE MASTER®
202 Composite Surfacing Film
SURFACE
MASTER 202 is a next generation surface film which provides
an increase in surface quality versus first generation
surface films. Use of SURFACE MASTER 202 reduces surface
preparation costs by providing ease of handling and
increased surface quality.
SURFACE MASTER 202 is an epoxy based co-curable surfacing
film for composites cured at 250°F (121°C) or 350°F
(177°C). The product is supplied on a non-woven fabric
carrier at nominal weights of 0.035 psf (171g/m2) and
0.080 psf (392 g/m2). SURFACE MASTER
is currently in use by the high-performance automotive
industry.
