Name: Zulfaizal Title and Position: Site Manager, Seremban I joined Cytec as a Production Manager on 16th May 2005. My job was to lead the production department in delivering good quality products in the best possible way. During my tenure, the production team has successfully implement capacity improvement efforts. Through their dedication, we manage to improve the annual capacity by 8% without the need to put capital investment. I am now the Site Manager, and with this expanded responsibility and authority and the dedication I see in my manufacturing team, I believe that my site manufacturing team will be able to meet the future capacity demand.

Name: Denise Title and Position: Logistic Specialist Working for Cytec has given me many opportunities. Some of these being to develop my skills, to travel and to work on many enjoyable projects. I was recently involved in pioneering a web based Customer Satisfaction survey for the Asia Pacific Phosphine Division which I really enjoyed. Some of the results were: • The customer response rate of 92.3%. • The highly positive feedback from the customers on the survey method and CYTEC level of service. • The enjoyment of establishing good relationships with our customers – the ‘lifeblood’ of our business.

Name: Simon Title and Position: Regional Sales Manager-China & Vietnam I joined Cytec in Y2001, and was the 1st person that Cytec employed for Mining Dep. in China, very lucky to grow with China booming economy and alumina industry in last 7 years, also have many opportunities to meet colleagues from all over the world, they are very friendly and open-minded, have many opportunities to go different countries for training and conferences, I enjoy to meet different customers and eager to help them to make more profits. Cytec advanced technology and application skills in Mining Dep. and relax working atmosphere keep me still working here, got twice promotion, I am proud to lead our small team of Technical and Commercial people in China, got support from all function group. We work with our Alumina producing Customers in the trial and introduction of Cytec products to address technical challenges in their process. Our products contribute to improvements in production throughput, energy efficiency, cost of production, safety and overall return on their huge capital investment. In China the growth rate of the alumina industry is unprecedented, increasing seven fold in eight years, resulting in China becoming the largest alumina producing country.

Name: Leila Title and Position: TS&D Lab Manager (PHD) I joined Cytec about 1 year ago and since then I had never 2 days with the same schedule. My job is a colorful mix of supporting the customers with their developments, organizing and discussing technical tests in our labs, managing different projects, developing new products in close cooperation with the customers worldwide, R&D and Marketing. These challenging tasks make my job to an exciting adventure day by day.
