Job Description:
Major Responsibilities • Provides process engineering support for Urea and Melamine Manufacturing facilities. • Establishes targets and drives to completion actions to reduce usage and energy consumption, improve yields, minimize waste and increase occupancy from process engineering view. • Coaches staff and production workers to successful implement changes. • Primarily responsible for the variable portion of cost management. • Establish operating variable control ranges for minimum cost operation and instruct supervisors and operators on use. • Provide process engineering expertise to RCA, PHA and PSM action items.
