Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage sales against budget and forecasts Forecasting and budgeting in Voyager Collaborate tool Manage Account receivables Maximize Sales and MI growth by developing new potential Develop opportunities both commercial and technical Participate in coordination of global and regional accounts Obtain market data as per marketing guidance Be the interface between the customer and the various Cytec functions (Supply Chain, TS, Finance ,BM. Production) Be the customers voice in Cytec and Cytecs voice at the customer.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Deliver budgeted sales at targeted selling price o Participate in the development of & Execute the sales plans for the businesses o Support / implement margin improvement / maintenance programs per the guidance of marketing group o Participate in development of & execute customer strategies, contract negotiations and account plans consistent with strategies o Develop and manage indirect sales channels (distribution, agents, etc.) o Forecast Sales for territory WORKING CONDITIONS: 60-70% planned travel is required. Home Office REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: The role reports to the Sales Manager Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Eastern Europe Specialty Additives EMEA No direct reports Seamless relationships with sales managers and representatives, and supply chain leaders Good relationships with functional leaders in EMA including customer service, technical service, manufacturing and finance
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Some Financial Acumen
Able to make decisions and recommendations based on analysis.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Computer literate: MS office, Cysmart desired
Professional appearance
Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.
Required: 4 yr. college degree.
