Job Description:
Leadership and control of the production including capacity planning as well as rise of the productivity;
Guarantee of the process reliability, the quality requirements and optimization of the technical production plants, method processes as well as continuous improvement;
Execution of the costing- and budget-planning and planning of investments (conform to the business goals);
Staff responsibility for the production area as well as reporting to the Site Manager (Wiesbaden or Hamburg);
Project management in the national area to 5 S and Lean-Manufacturing;
Compliance with the legal and group uniform guidelines to the environment and safety regulations
