Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
• Design, development and implementation of large-scale control systems, programmable logic controllers and safety interlock systems.
• Management of systems including DCS, PLC, safety interlocks, data historian, and field instrumentation.
• Establish targets and drive to completion actions to reduce usage and energy consumption, improve yields, minimize waste, and increase occupancy from process automation and control engineering view.
• Measure operating variable control ranges for minimum cost operation and identify opportunities for continued improvement based on plant data.

Skills & Experiences:
• The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be a self starter in solving process control and instrumentation problems.
• Ability to develop and update piping and instrument drawings, loop drawings, specification sheets, electrical schematics, and logic diagrams.
• Business background for an understanding of capital project, IRR, ROI, etc.

Education Requirements:
• BSEE or BSChe from an accredited university
