Job Description:
Provide process engineering support for Fortier Manufacturing facility. Establish targets and drives to completion actions to reduce usage and energy consumption, improve yields, minimize waste and increase occupancy from process engineering view. Coach staff and production workers to successfully implement changes.

Major Responsibilities:
* Primarily responsible for the variable portion of cost management in chemical processes.
* Establishes operating variable control ranges for minimum cost operation and instruct supervisors and operators on use.
* Provides process engineering expertise to RCA, PHA and PSM action items.

Qualifications:
* Must have BSChe from accredited university.
* 5 to 10 years of related experience in a chemical, petrochemical or petroleum production/refining facility and a clear track record of successful implementation of process improvement projects.
