Major Responsibilities:
* Primarily responsible for the variable portion of cost management.

* Establish operating variable control ranges for minimum cost operation and instruct supervisors and operators on use.

* Provide process engineering expertise to RCA, PHA and PSM action items.

Must have BSChe from accredited university & 5 to 10 years of related experience in a chemical, petrochemical or petroleum production/refining facility and a clear track record of successful implementation of process improvement projects. Ammonia & Urea production with familiarity of Stamicarbon processes and understanding of crystallizer operations and sale furnace operations is a plus.

Individual should be results oriented with continuous improvement mindset: have a strong desire to teach; possess high energy leadership; recognized as a skilled team player. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and problem solver with the ability to innovate with exceptional focus on improving costs.
