Cytec Introduces New EBECRYL™ 1290 N Acrylate for Improved Abrasion Resistance

Woodland Park, NJ, May 4th, 2009 - Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announces their launch of the new EBECRYL 1290 N aliphatic urethane acrylate which offers improved abrasion resistance to enhance surface toughness, low viscosity for improved sprayability and light colour for appealing aesthetics.

“EBECRYL 1290 N brings to the plastic coatings market an extended lifespan for plastic consumables with its improved abrasion resistance,” said Ji Yue, Global Marketing Manager for Plastic Coatings.
